On January 28, 2013, Aleris International, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aleris Corporation, issued a press release announcing the expiration of the offer to exchange up to $500,000,000 of its outstanding 7 7/8% Senior Notes due 2020 for up to $500,000,000 of its new 7 7/8% Senior Notes due 2020 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
