On July 27, 2020, HomeStreet, Inc. issued a press release reporting results of operations for the second quarter 2020. On July 28, 2020, we updated our summary financial data on page 4 to reflect revised information and updated certain dates related to our Q3 2020 dividend. The corrected efficiency ratios are as follows for the quarters ending:

On July 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of HMST declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per outstanding share of HMST’s Common Stock, no par value (the “Common Stock”), payable on August 24, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2020.
