OTHER EVENTS
On September 20, 2018 the Company submitted an Issue Company Related Action Notification Form to FINRA to authorize the Company's 1-1,000 reverse split. The record date for the reverse split is October 1, 2018.
Pursuant to the Company's Definitive Schedule 14C Information Statement filed with the SEC on April 17, 2018, the Company is not required to obtain shareholder approval or amend its Articles of Incorporation for this reverse split for it to go into effect. As such, the Company is not required to file a 14C with respect to the reverse split. Each shareholder who owns less than 1,000 shares shall be paid the sum of $10 in consideration of the cancellation of their shares.
