The reported securities are held directly by certain funds advised by M&G Investment Management Limited, (i) M&G (Lux) Investment Funds 1 holds 2,632,120 ordinary shares in Trinseo PLC.; (ii) M&G Global Dividend Fund directly holds 3,185,161 ordinary shares in Trinseo PLC.; (iii) LF Access Global Dividend Fund directly holds 1,754,526 ordinary shares in Trinseo PLC; and (iv) Fund Channel Investment Partners - FCH M&G Global Dividend directly holds 56,237 ordinary shares in Trinseo PLC.

2. The reported securities may be deemed beneficially owned for the purposes of Section 13(d) of the Securities Exchange Act 1934 by M&G Investment Management Limited as investment manager to these funds. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities for purposes of Rule 16a-1(a) (2) and this report shall not be deemed an admission that such Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
