On July 27, 2023, Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the Company’s second quarter 2023 results, as well as certain guidance for 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
