On October 25, 2023, Alkermes plc (the “Company”) announced financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023. Copies of the related press release and the investor presentation to be displayed during the Company’s conference call on October 25, 2023 discussing such financial results are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
