We have derived the summary condensed consolidated financial data as of and for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2014 from our unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements incorporated by reference in this offering memorandum from our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the nine months ended September 30, 2014. We have derived the income statement data for the twelve months ended September 30, 2014 by taking the income statement data for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, subtracting the income statement data for the nine months ended September 30, 2013, and adding the income statement data for the nine months ended September 30, 2014. The unaudited financial statements were prepared on a basis consistent with our audited financial statements and include, in the opinion of management, all adjustments, consisting only of normal recurring adjustments, necessary for the fair statement of the financial information in those statements.
