Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares subject to this option vest in four equal annual installments, beginning April 15, 2014.

2. On April 15, 2013, the reporting person was granted this option to purchase 22,242 shares of Common Stock. This option, vests in four equal annual installments based on the level of LNTH's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of fiscal years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. A certain level of the performance criteria for each of fiscal years 2013 and 2014 was met, resulting in vesting of this option as to 11,121 shares.
