On December 3, 2015, the board of directors of the general partner of Memorial Production Partners LP (the “Partnership”) decided to cancel the special meeting of the unitholders of the Partnership previously scheduled for December 4, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., local time, to consider and vote upon a proposal to approve an amendment to the Memorial Production Partners GP LLC Long-Term Incentive Plan.
