Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock received for 2021 director fees valued at $25,000 based on the closing market price of $4.79 on the grant date. Award vests in equal monthly installments of approximately 435 shares on the last day of each month from January through December 31, 2021. In the event the Reporting Person no longer serves as a director at each vesting date, any unvested shares will be forfeited to the Issuer.

2. John H. Caron, as trustee, has voting power and investment power over the securities held by the John H. Caron 1999 Family Trust.
