Represents a restricted stock award pursuant to the Company's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan, 3,931 shares of restricted stock vested on June 18, 2024, with the remaining restricted stock awards vesting in 10 equal quarterly installments beginning on July 1, 2024, subject to continued service with the Company through the applicable vesting dates. Any unvested portion of this award is subject to forfeiture.

2. Represents an option award pursuant to the Company's 2016 Equity Incentive Plan, 45,000 options vested on June 18, 2024, with the remaining options vesting in 6 equal monthly installments beginning on July 1, 2024, subject to continued service with the Company through the applicable vesting dates. Any unvested portion of this award is subject to forfeiture.
