On August 9, 2018, Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (“MVW”) issued a press release to announce that Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc., its subsidiary (the “Issuer”) priced the previously announced offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s 6.500% senior notes due 2026. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
