Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4, filed on December 1, 2020, is being amended by this Form 4 amendment solely to correct an administrative error, which misreported the amount of securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction. Effective on June 10, 2020, the Issuer effected a 4 to 1 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this amended Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.
