Explanation of Responses:

1. Effective on June 10, 2020, FS KKR Capital Corp. II ("FSKR") effected a 4 to 1 reverse stock split of its common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The amount of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.

2. Disposed of in exchange for 75,052.2462 shares of FS KKR Capital Corp. ("FSK") common stock in connection with the closing of the merger of FSK and FSKR pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 23, 2020 (the "Merger Agreement"), by and among FSK, FSKR, Rocky Merger Sub, Inc. and FS/KKR Advisor, LLC.

3. MCFDA SCV LLC is a wholly-owned special purpose financing vehicle of which The 2011 Forman Investment Trust is a member and the reporting person is the manager. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of any shares held by The 2011 Forman Investment Trust and MCFDA SCV LLC that exceed his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
