Explanatory Note
American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) previously filed a Current Report on Form 8-K onJanuary 22, 2013 (the “Original Form 8-K”) which contained a press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 thereto announcing that the Company was the fifth American Realty Capital fund to eliminate asset management fees in the form of cash and restricted stock. This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed solely for the purpose of amending Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Form 8-K to provide that the Company is the sixth American Realty Capital fund to eliminate such asset management fees. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K.
