As previously announced, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to list its common stock, par value $0.01 (“Common Stock”) on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “GNL”. The Company currently anticipates that its Common Stock will be listed on the NYSE during the week commencing June 1, 2015.
