Explanation of Responses:

The sale reported on this Form 4 represents shares sold by the Reporting Person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the settlement of Restricted Share Units, which vested on February 10, 2024 and March 5, 2024, and were settled in common shares of the Issuer following the end of the Issuer's blackout period on March 28, 2024.
