On July 31, 2012, VII Peaks-KBR Co-Optivist Income BDC II, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had declared two semi-monthly distributions of $0.0306250 per share each to stockholders of record on July 30, 2012, payable on August 17, 2012 and August 31, 2012.
