On and effective April 13, 2021, Dominique Mielle was appointed by the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Ready Capital Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), to serve as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Gilbert E. Nathan rotated off the Compensation Committee. There were no changes to the Audit Committee.
As a result, the new composition of the committees of the Board is lited below:
