Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure |
On June 11, 2018, the Partnership issued a press release announcing that its lender group has reaffirmed the Partnership’s $125 million borrowing base as part of the regularly scheduled semi-annual redetermination. There were no changes to the terms or conditions of the credit agreement. The next semi-annual borrowing base redetermination is scheduled to occur on or about October 2018. Mid-Con Energy had $89.0 million in total borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility as of May 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
