| 1. On March 14, 2019, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that reported the settlement of awards of performance phantom stock in 36,860 shares of common stock and related tax withholding in an amount equal to 14,504 shares of common stock. The Issuer later determined that the Form 4 inadvertently reported an incorrect number of shares received upon settlement and withheld for taxes, and the Reporting Person should have actually received a settlement in the amount of 36,863 shares of common stock and had withheld 15,612 shares of common stock at the time of the transaction. Taking into account the adjustments to the settlement and tax withholding amounts, the Reporting Person beneficially owns 282,570 shares of common stock instead of the 283,675 shares previously reported in the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on June 5, 2019. |
