| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On November 4, 2015, Sysorex Global Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein. The Company also announced that a conference call to discuss these results is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on November 4, 2015. The conference call can be accessed live over the telephone by dialing 1-866-652-5200. International callers should call +1-412-317-6060.
