On July 26, 2023, FS Bancorp, Inc., the parent corporation of 1st Security Bank of Washington, issued its earnings release for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.  A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On July 26, 2023, FS Bancorp announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on FS Bancorp common stock of $0.25 per share, payable on August 24, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2023.
