ITEM 7.01 | REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE. |
On March 17, 2020, Capri Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and fiscal 2020 guidance provided on February 5, 2020 did not incorporate a negative impact from COVID-19 beyond China. The Company will provide any further updates on its year end Fiscal 2020 earnings call.

On March 17, 2020, the Company announced that it will temporarily close all retail locations in North America and Europe through April 10, 2020.
