On February 15, 2023, KAYS issued a press release announcing that its Fifth Dimension Therapeutics™ subsidiary (“FDT”) had reached an agreement in principle with Florida-based Total Holistic Center™ to assist FDT with the development of its ketamine treatment model as a first step in the launch of its planned Fifth Dimension Therapeutics Mind Care Clinics and Telehealth Services.
