Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person reported a prior award of 200,000 shares of restricted stock units in Table II on a Form 4 filed with the SEC on April 8, 2022. The total reported in Column 5 includes the 200,000 restricted stock units previously reported in Table II and 840,128 shares of common stock. On November 21, 2018 the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting ownership of 467,330 shares of common stock instead of 466,330 shares of common stock after a purchase of 1,000 shares, due to an inadvertent miscalculation following a 1-for-2.5 reverse stock split. As of August 24, 2022, the reporting person owns 1,040,128 shares of common stock.
