Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 30, 2022, BioSig Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) executed a purchase agreement with San Antonio Methodist Hospital, which provides for the acquisition of the Company’s PURE EP™ System by San Antonio Methodist Hospital.
