Includes (i) 12,208 Restricted Shares Units ("RSUs") granted on February 7, 2019 of which 12,208 shall vest on March 5, 2022; (ii) 26,921 RSUs granted on February 6, 2020 of which 13,460 shall vest on March 5, 2022 and 13,461 shall vest on March 5, 2023; (iii) 19,054 RSUs granted on February 4, 2021 which shall vest in equal annual portions on each of March 5, 2022, March 5, 2023 and March 5, 2024; and (iv) 15,065 RSUs granted on February 3, 2022 which shall vest in equal annual portions on each of March 5, 2023, March 5, 2024 and March 5, 2025, in each case, provided that the Participant is then providing services to the Company on each such vest date.
