1. Represents 30,911 shares of common stock delivered in connection with the vesting of performance based restricted share units based upon the achievement of certain performance targets for the 2021-2023 performance period.

2. Represents the number of shares sold by the reporting person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of previously granted RSUs.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $14.765 to $15.245, inclusive.
