On July 13, 2021, the Registrant issued a press release regarding its support of a new educational career program for CPS Energy in San Antonio, Texas, by Disco Learning Media Inc., Registrant’s subsidiary, an education company building the first full-service training and career advancement brand for the skilled trades.
