Explanation of Responses:

1. These restricted shares vest in three equal annual installments beginning on April 14, 2021.

2. The Reporting Person was granted 62,450 restricted shares in 2019, vesting in three equal annual installments beginning on March 29, 2020. 7,306 shares were forfeited effective March 30th, 2020 in satisfaction of taxes payable upon vesting. The number of restricted shares granted was previously inadvertently reported as 62,448.

3. These restricted shares vest in three equal annual installments beginning on August 30, 2019.
