On February 17, 2016, Seventy Seven Energy Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the 2015 full year and fourth quarter. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
