Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
Shareholders update.
On April 27, 2016, the Company rendered its final invoice amounting to $80,000 to its client Duo Software Limited a fully owned subsidiary of Duo World Inc. Also, in addition to the 3,460,000 common shares already issued to the Company on April 28, 2015, we were issued with a further 46,133 common shares valued at $0.75 in accordance with the terms and conditions that were contractually agreed upon in 2014.
