ITEM. 3.03 MATERIAL MODIFICATION OF RIGHTS OF SECURITY HOLDERS
On May 22, 2020, the Board of Directors voted unanimously to extend the lock-up period of the Company´s Preferred “B” and Preferred “C” shares from September 27, 2020 to December 31, 2022.
