Anchiano Therapeutics Ltd. (“Anchiano”) is hereby filing its second quarter 2019 financial results (the “Financial Statements”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission in anticipation of a significant shareholder filing its quarterly report with the Israel Securities Authority. Israeli law requires the shareholder to include the Financial Statements due to the significance to that shareholder of its position in Anchiano. The Financial Statements are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated herein by reference.
