1. Each American Depositary Share (ADS) represents twenty (20) ordinary shares, no par value, of the Issuer.

2. 25% of these options will vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of November 14, 2022, and the remaining 75% of these options will vest in equal amounts over a 36-month period commencing on November 14, 2023, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.
