On October 31, 2014, the board of directors of CĪON Investment Corporation, including a majority of the board of directors who are not interested persons, approved the renewal of the (i) investment advisory agreement with CĪON Investment Management, LLC; (ii) investment sub-advisory agreement with Apollo Investment Management, L.P.; and (iii) administration agreement with ICON Capital, LLC, for a period of twelve months commencing December 17, 2014. |
