| 1. On December 30, 2020, Alliance Resource GP, LLC ("SGP"), jointly owned by Joseph W. Craft and Kathleen S. Craft, was dissolved. SGP held 28,141 common units of ARLP, which was previously included in Mrs. Craft's beneficial ownership except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein. On March 8, 2021, SGP distributed 14,070 ARLP common units and 14,071 ARLP common units to Mr. Craft and Mrs. Craft, respectively. |
