Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 2, 2013, Roundy’s, Inc. (“Roundy’s”) issued a press release announcing that it will participate in the BMO Farm to Market Conference on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the Grand Hyatt in New York, NY. Roundy’s presentation is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time). Roundy’s also stated that the audio portion of the presentation will be broadcast live on the investor relations section of its website and will be archived online through Tuesday, May 28th, 2013.
