On February 21, 2018, Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (the “Company”) determined to withdraw the proposal to grant options that was on the agenda for the Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that was due to be held on February 22, 2018 because the grantee has waived the right to receive the options. Accordingly, the Special Meeting of Shareholders has been cancelled.
