Item 5.02. Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 30, 2015, Brian Buehler, tendered his resignation as President of United Realty Trust Incorporated, or the Company, and as President of United Realty Advisors, LP, the Advisor, in order to explore other opportunities. Mr. Buehler has confirmed to the Company’s Board of Directors that his resignation was not due to any disagreement relating to the Company’s or the Advisor’s operations, policies, practices or performance.
