1. Granted under the Amended and Restated 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan. There are no vested options as of the date hereof. There are 15,000 unvested options as of the date hereof. Of the unvested options, 5,000 options vest on March 9 of each of 2018, 2019 and 2020, subject to continued service.
