Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 19, 2022, Ralph Jenkins, a director of Tecogen Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately in order to permit him to focus on other business and personal commitments. Mr. Jenkins’ resignation is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s policies, practices, or operations.
