Introductory Comment – Use of Terminology
Throughout this Current Report on Form8-K, the terms “the Company,” “we” and “our” refer to Tyme Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its subsidiaries (“Tyme”).

On February 19, 2020, Tommy G. Thompson gave notice of his intent to resign from the Tyme Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective February 29, 2020. Mr. Thompson’s resignation notice advised that his resignation is in deference to proxy advisory firm overboarding guidelines and is not due to any disagreement with the Company. He will continue to serve as a special advisor to the Board.
Mr. Thompson was a member of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, of which he was chairman, and the Compensation Committee. The management and Board of Tyme thank Mr. Thompson for his valuable contributions and excellent service.
