On June 30, 2014, HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc. the parent company of HomeTrust Bank and Bank of Commerce issued a joint press release announcing shareholder and regulatory approval of the share exchange and merger previously announced on March 4, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
