Item 1.01. Entry into Material Definitive Agreement.
Business Lease
On August 14, 2017, the Registrant executed a lease for a 1,981 square foot office/warehouse space in Miami, FL to be used for corporate offices and storage of inventory. The term of the lease began September 1, 2017 and continues for 37 months ending September 30, 2020. The monthly rent will be $1,8863.50 until September 30, 2018 with escalations to $1,925.44 and $1,989.21 per month on September 30, 2019 and 2020 respectively.
