Item 8.01 Other Events
On June 4, 2024, Earth Science Tech, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), was notified that the Quebec Cease Trade Order (“CTO”) dated December 5th, 2019, has been revoked. The status of the CTO has been changed to “Inactive” on the Canadian Sedar website.
