Explanation of Responses:

1. The Enterprise 2 Junior Stock, Enterprise 3 Junior Stock, Enterprise 4 Junior Stock and Enterprise 5 Junior Stock will convert into shares of the Registrant's common stock immediately upon the closing of the Registrant's initial public offering based on a conversion price calculated in accordance with the Registrant's certificate of incorporation in effect as of immediately prior to such conversion.

2. The shares subject to this stock option fully vested on January 1, 2020.

3. The shares subject to this stock option shall vest in full on February 12, 2021.
