STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) is furnishing the presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference. This presentation will be used by management in meetings with institutional investors and analysts, including at NAREIT’s Investor Forum being held June 6 – 8, 2017 at the New York Hilton Midtown.
The presentation includes non-GAAP financial measures as defined in Regulation G, along with the most directly comparable financial measures calculated and presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“GAAP”), information reconciling the non-GAAP financial measures to the GAAP financial measures, and a discussion of the reasons why the Company believes that presentation of the non-GAAP financial measures provides useful information to investors regarding the Company’s financial condition and results of operations.
