(b) STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) reports that the employment of Michael T. Bennett, Executive Vice President—General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, terminated effective May 24, 2019 for health-related reasons. This will be treated as a termination without cause under Mr. Bennett’s employment agreement, dated November 2, 2017, and under applicable benefits plans and award agreements. Mr. Bennett has delivered a general release of claims and will be subject to the continuing obligations of the employment agreement.
